Ben qualified as an architect in 2013 and has worked in the public and private sectors contributing to project success as an architect, design manager and project manager. He looks ahead which allows him to mitigate risk and in a timely manner share coordinated information with the relevant stakeholders. He can lead a team effectively and manage the administrative requirements of any size project in an organised and transparent way.
The current improvements taking place in the industry allow Ben to get more involved and play an important role in bridging the divide that is unfortunately so often present between design and construction. He sees the importance of encouraging the entire project team to contribute effectively and to trust in the process of arriving at a successful outcome.
